Positive Reviews
Great wines and when you call you actually get a live customer service rep, what I like most is they only feature wines from award-winning wineries.
Bradley M., Google Reviews 10/2017
All the wines are almost impossible to find anywhere else — in fact, some of them are bottled just for Gold Medal now – so your (okay, my) snobbish wine friends are continually surprised that I can serve such great wines that they’ve never had…The last two are my favorites — International because it includes gourmet treats with each wine selection, and Pinot, well, just because it’s so delicious.

Complaints
Great wine, very poor customer service.
Tony S., Google Reviews 10/2017
Two of the varieties out of the 6 that came in this case of wine are nice wines. They are smooth, delicious, and don’t have any bad characteristics of note. They are not exceptional, but they are in fact very drinkable and pleasing. I struggle to give this business a higher rating. Especially when my impression is, Gold Medal Wine Club is more of a clearing house for wines than it is a flavor forward experience.
Joe C., Yelp 1/1/2015
